FSIC and TranZed Apprenticeship Services are pleased to announce their plans to develop a registered FinTech Apprentice Program. FSIC, a thought leader in financial services innovation policy and research and TranZed Apprenticeship Services, a leader in registered apprenticeship programming have joined to create a program to expand the pool of workers in the lucrative and interesting industries of FinTech and Financial Services.  Once completed, the program will provide a bridge for willing and talented workers from disadvantaged and minority communities into these exciting industries.  The program intends to address the vast underrepresentation of minorities and women in the FinTech workforce.

The program will bring together employers and educators to create an apprenticeship curriculum to train and match the program participants with those employers who embrace innovative methods of attracting productive and loyal employees. TranZed and FSIC are directing a call to action to employers who would like to work as advisors to help develop the program.
